Shop

The McManus Shop is located on the ground floor. We stock fabulous products from a number of local suppliers as well as a wide range of gifts including specialist books, art supplies, jewellery, home décor and toys.

Lockers

Basement level has lockers available for visitors to use. These require a £1 coin or a trolley token to operate, which is returned upon opening the locker.

Families and Children

Our Family Space on the first floor is an open access, drop-in space designed to help families to explore our exhibitions and collections.

We have level access throughout and our exhibitions and galleries are accessible to all via lifts and ramps. Baby buggies may also be parked in the designated area in the basement at the owners’ risk.

We aim to provide a safe environment within the heart of the city and have trained first aiders on duty and policies in place for child protection.

Café

The McManus Café has an extensive selection of dishes freshly prepared on the premises. There's also a children's menu for the under 12s, and high chairs and booster seats are available. If you just want to pop in for tea or coffee, we have a selection of Fairtrade drinks and a variety of delicious homemade cakes and scones.
